“The Cold Brew Filter” came from an assignment given by Allan Chochinov in the Fall of 2009. The assignment was to make something for/about/around the last thing we threw away. I made a reusable coffee filter and packaging for cold brewing coffee. To come to this I explored different types of filters and situations where and when it would be used.
